I could not say enough great things about the Augusta location. ALL of the employees were helpful and attentive. Constantly checking on you and offering help. I was so thankful for the over & above customer service given on the many trips I went to see them. David even stopped his car after clocking out to help me load my car. I found 90% of my tile here for my new home build & it will be my first stop anytime I need tile in the future.
My first time to shop there and Chloe helped us today . She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us what we need . The store did not have enough quantity of the wood we wanted so she had to talk to the manger to try to get it from another store and she said it might not be same price . The manger Tarsha called other stores and get us remaining quantity. Not only that she did match the price and she will go pick up herself few boxes from store close to Atlanta for us . We have gutted our kitchen for a complete rebuild and we make trips here regularly to find and change our minds on floor tile and backsplash! I think we have narrowed it down now! But it’s always a great experience with kind and patient people here.
