We ordered all of our flooring from Floor & Decor Tinley Park store. Jenny Granados was our designer and helped with decorating, measuring, ordering, pick up and delivery. We are building in another state and she helped organize delivery from another local store. Everyone who worked at the TP store from our designer to the people who placed the tiles in my vehicle were very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Jenny as a designer and this store for all your flooring needs.
Chris in your waterproofing flooring dept was SUPURB! He took 1 month of 4 stores & tons of stress & narrowed it down to a 10 min informative conversation & quickly mad two floors for me to choose from!! My stress level instantly reduced to zero! Can’t brag enough about F&D’s abundant selections & Chris’s skills! You won’t be disappointed! Ask for Chris & skip HD, Menards & Lowe’s!! This is your flooring store!
