We walked in looking for backsplash and flooring and left with lessons and savings. LT asked what we’re looking for and even led us to the last Black Friday deal in the store which was a perfect color for our already existing project. He was very helpful all the way down to explaining the difference grout color makes. Mo made sure I helpful and greeted us with a smile. She made sure we were signed up as a customer for future purchases.
LT and Mo made our tough decisions easy with their expert advice and guidance. LT assisted us with buying new flooring for a home project we are working on and took a lot of the guess work out of the equation for us. No made sure we were signed up and in their system for future purchases and was very polite and friendly. I’d recommend this location to anyone.
I had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Hampton. Every employee that we encountered was welcoming and helpful. I want to give a big shout out to Monique D. who went went above and beyond in helping my husband and I purchase our floor! She had great customer service!
We visited the store simply to browse since we will be redoing one of our bathrooms. A store associate, Cina approached us and politely asked about our needs. We spent the next hour+ working with her. She was knowledgeable and patient. After deciding on a vanity she walked us through the tile and backsplash areas helping us choose the correct materials and design.
