I had a disappointing experience at Floor & Decor due to poor customer service from one of the managers, mery. I simply asked about their return policy for an inside corner piece because I wasn’t sure if it would fit once opened. Instead of providing a professional or courteous explanation, I was told it was “common sense” that opened items could not be returned. That response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I had a really bad experience here. There is no communication. No one is nice or helpful. It took me hours to get a receipt and when they answer the phone, they immediately literally scream at you. I contacted the corporate office and they were worse. In addition, the estimate they gave me was $1,000 off in their favor and I didn’t find out til the installer was scheduled and everything was set.
