I've shopped Floor & Decor many times for many years. One thing that keeps bringing me back is selection and price. Went to another "tile shop" half way across town that was supposed to have a good selection. Nope they had lots of things you could order unlike Floor & Decor. Everything ive ever liked there they have had in stock and ready to go. The staff has gotten better over the years also. I feel like they are trying to be better and not just a there. Overall I would given them a 97%. That's a really high rating for me.

We were converting a traditional tub into a walk-in shower, and Kristen made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
