A DESINER that doesn't want to design. I had an appointment with Patricia, DESIGNER at the Capital Heights Store location for help with my bathroom remodel. She didn't greet me, ignored my questions, and when asked for help with colors and materials said, "I can design my own bathroom, but I can't design yours."
