First time visited today floor helper was very helpful but on register , girl was very rude, not friendly, careless .

I selected six boxes of the same porcelain tile from the same pallet/area in the store. At checkout, the cashier scanned the barcode from a single box and manually entered a quantity of six boxes, completing the transaction without opening or verifying each box. After returning home and getting halfway through the installation, I discovered that one of the six boxes contained the wrong tile.
