I worked with Felipe, a contractor (Smart flooring llc) that floor and decore uses and insists that we use. I felt like I was getting over priced and the wrong info from this guy. When he came to give the quote, he ignored us when we said we didn't need quarter round around 2 walls due to baseboard heaters being there and just claimed that that's how they do it in general... That doesn't make any sense. If i don't need it in those locations then i don't need it. So he quoted us for way to much of that despite knowing we didn... read more
