My husband and I had a great experience at Floor & Decor. The selection and prices were excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Jessica R. was wonderful—she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She helped guide us through the options and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
Daniel was amazing and super helpful! He was so kind and patient with us. I definitely recommend Floor & Decor for materials & amazing quality service!
For the past few months, my house has been undergoing renovations, so my visits to Floor Decor have been significant. I decided to write because this wasn't the only episode with Ms. Agnes, who works as a cashier. She's incredibly rude, and her manner is repulsive!
DANNY was such a joy to work with. Professional , knowledgeable , and caring. He gave us the best advice on everything we needed, and the experience with him was just WOW. Definitely coming back for Danny if needed in the future 🙏🏻❤️
