Floor Crafters installed red oak in my kitchen matching the 65 year flooring in the remainder of the house! They also refinished the old flooring. The work was done expertly and in a timely manner. The workers kept me inform as they progressed. I now have beautiful floors!
I want to thank Justin, Katie, Alex and Fernando for the excellent customer service and the beautiful new flooring we have since last Friday. I live in the mountains and they were on time and finished the work the same day. The team did everything we needed and with a professional manner. I highly recommend Floor Crafters!!!

Sometimes it's hard in Boulder to get someone to do a smaller job, much less do it right. We needed some repairs on our wood stairs, and had a great experience with Floor Crafters. Their responsiveness was great, and the people they sent to estimate and do the job were respectful and skilled. The job was completed quickly, and the results were beyond our expectations. We would definitely use them again.

Floor Crafters did our black walnut floor refinish. An outstanding job! Professional and great communication. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
I needed a Oak Hardwood floor installed in a short amount of time. The original installers couldn't do the job for another two weeks, I was in a bind. I called Floor Crafters and explained my dilemma and they were there the next day measuring for the estimate. Once the cost was agreed upon, which was less then the original installers, they were there the next day for the install. They completed the floor in one day and they did a beautiful job. Floor Crafters did a wonderful job on our floor. Our home is expensive and we needed a brilliant job done. They came in with great quality, hard work, and the finished product makes our kitchen beautiful. Hats off to Pat and Mike who did the work.
Excellent sanding job done by Floor Crafters. They kept me well appraised of all work to be done, helped move furniture out, and kept everything very neat and clean on the jobsite. Plus the dust containment system left very little dust after the job was finished. My floors look new again!
We had a great experience with Floor Crafters; the technicians, Travis and Oscar, were friendly and professional. Because we were attempting to "blend" areas, I fully expected to see a line where the old floors and new refinish met. We were very pleased that the "line" is virtually invisible!

The floors are basically what we wanted but the work it took to get it done left us emotionally drained...too many communication issues with middle management. Customer service...lacking. Floor guys-
