I initially left a great review and I really hate to come back and revise it, but these floors are nothing to write home about and the owner is pretty awful. The ladies who work there are very kind and helpful, but the owner, Dennis, who was kind at first, made some rude comments about me to my husband when he was the one who messed up our order. The new floor has totally transformed the look of our house. The installers did a beautiful job .... I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone who was looking for quality materials and workmanship.... (and the price was great too!)

Very satisfied with the job Floor Coverings International did. Carl and flooring crew were very professional and friendly. Dennis, the owner was excellent to work with, from picking the appropriate type flooring for the room to provided prompt service scheduling the instillation.
