Owner Mike Balthazarr is actively involved from quote to operation, oversight and direct customer interface. Jamie and crew are Family and work hand in glove from sand, stain, seal, poly, polish and final poly to leave a beautiful finish. The products from Stain to Loba seal, and poly 1, poly 2 are all very high quality and water based. We love our floors and highly recommend Mike and FCI. Dave D.
