The estimate provided was very reasonable, and I especially appreciated the discussion about upgrading the carpet pad — which turned out to be an excellent choice. The installer arrived right on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. Immediately after the work was completed, the owner, Emilia (who was also the estimator) came by to check on the results and personally asked if I was satisfied with the job.
