At first they called me and told me that the carpet layer that was to install my carpet quit. Well of course I was very upset because my house was a mess waiting for the carpet. Danielle in their office did all that she could. We'll to my surprise they found someone and my carpet was layer a day earlier. These layers worked until 930 in the evening. They did a wonderful job. Everyone was nice and went out their way to make the experience as painless as possible: the sales rep, the logistical support, and the installers all went above and beyond. The floors look great, and we are very pleased.
From initial consultation to project completion the team at International Flooring was professional, friendly and responsive. I have physical limitations and was overwhelmed by the prep process but Danielle was always available to clarify what was needed for prep and what to expect day of installation. I had a damaged sub floor replaced and Cali LVP installed in my living room, dining room and kitchen. It was a great experience from Tim helping me with options and bids; to Danielle organizing the install and keeping me informed; and the installation completed by Alex and Sam. Alex and Sam left everything clean, were efficient and did a great job. They went above and beyond when they fixed a broken cabinet door and moved my furniture back in. I would highly recommend!
