Everyone is wonderful to work with and the carpet is really nice and we really really like it. Everything was done in a timely manner. The only thing that my husband didn't like was they quoted a surprise when we picked out what we wanted and then the guy had to go out to his car and then came in and said he made a mistake and then it was $200 or $300 more so my husband should have said something then about it but he didn't. Jason and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done professionally from start to finish. I was hesitant to cover our beautiful stairs with a runner, but Jason and Caleb worked with me to find the perfect runner for our stairs to ensure they were safe with style! Also they were able to have a couple rugs made from the “leftovers” so my entryway rug and back door rugs match the stair-runner.
We had a handyman do some work in our kitchen, and he attempted to refinish the hardwood floor. Unfortunately, he was not an expert and the floor ended up in worse shape than before. We called FCI and talked to Jason. He understood my wife’s angst at having the kitchen unusable for almost two months and immediately arranged for a visit to provide an estimate.
