We love our beautiful new hardwood floors. Stacia, her staff and the installation crew are a pleasure to work with … walked us through every step and made sure every detail and concern was addressed. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Shelby!
We were in a huge time crunch but they were able to work with us and come out the same day we called and get us an estimate on refinishing our floors. The process was easy and the communication was excellent. Even though we ultimately went a different direction due to time constraints, their professionalism and helpfulness has us considering them for the future.
Great experience with the floor and the people that managed the work.. I thought they gave a good price for a great job! I would recommend them to anyone who needs thier floors done!
I had a great experience working with Stacia and the company itself. Stacia was extremely helpful in helping me in choosing a color. She kept me updated on when the order was placed, when it was delivered to warehouse, And what date was going to work for installation for my schedule. What was extremely helpful was she brought the show room to me. I highly recommend her professionalism.
I only needed a special-order item for a home repair to our hardwood floors. I called the manufacturer to get the part number and they gave me the numbers of a couple of distributors as they do not sell direct. The first one that I contacted told me that they couldn't get the part that I needed! I next called Floor Coverings International. It was late in the day and they did not pick up.
