At the end of April 2016 we had our ceramic tile floor replaced with vinyl. Instead of telling me or solving the problem they covered up the floor height difference with a cheap transition piece. I have pictures. I have called and left messages for their foreman to fix this. I even gave him my wood. He did not have the decency to return the wood. Yann and Chuck are wonderful people to work with. Yann came out to see us as soon as we contacted him and the carpet was installed as fast as they could and it looked perfect. thank you
The carpet choices and selection are excellent we received incredible service and support all through the process. Jessica Jackson is a great consultant and the entire installation team is top notch. The carpet looks fantastic and we found the prices to be very reasonable and competitive with everything we looked at.
Very professional staff! Very pleased with their work. Also the price was very reasonable! Ed was exceptional.
