We had a wonderful experience with Floor Coverings International here in Covington. From the initial visit with Brad to the demo and installation of nearly 2000ft3 of hardwood and tile, we could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and skill of everyone involved. Likewise, they were more than meticulous in the install not accepting anything less than perfection. Brad and Dusty, their p... read more
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Brad and the team at Floor Coverings. They were communicative, on time, catered to our timeline, provided exceptional craftsmanship and above all, were extremely kind and trustworthy. We are obsessed with our new tile backsplash- they brought our vision to life and it’s even better than we could’ve imagined. You should choose them for your next project!
I wanted to update my previous post with pictures before and after of an amazing job that was absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations. Very professional and dedicated to coming in and working from 7:30 everyday for 3 days. Great team work. I literally had the carpet rolled out on my concrete floors until the tile was done! Hardworking team. Look no further you won’t regret it.
Keith and Michele were most helpful in our decision process and implementation. Their crew showed up early and stayed late everyday for 7 days to strip old vinyl, grind and level concrete and apply the required coatings to prevent moisture wicking and then applied mortar, tile and grout with laser accuracy. They were organized , efficient and courteous. THE BEST TEAM OF CONCTRACTOR PROFESSIONALS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. Thanks guys our new floors are beautiful.
