Very professional and stayed on the timeline
Marty always awesome to work with and the pricing was very reasonable. The installation was “Spot On” and the team worked hard to be friendly, clean, and efficient. I highly recommend Marty and the FCI team.
Marty was beyond thoughtful and patient during the entire process of initial appointment, install, and after installation inspections. He was very helpful with guiding us through the pet soiling damage repairs and how enzymes worked. This is how our floors look a little over one year and we are still satisfied.
They were awesome. Called them Tuesday saying I need carpet, they had it installed and done that Friday. I called multiple companies and they all said it would take weeks.
Installation was great. Carpet looked better than expected. Installer respectful and helped move most of the furniture back to its original place. Very, very satisfied. I gave 4 stars because there was miscommunication about time of Installation that was a bit frustrating.
