We had carpet installed before we moved into our new house. Joe texted with us outside normal business hours, worked with us to find convenient times to come show us samples, and had his carpet installers work with the people who were doing other work at our house as well. The schedules got messed up, by no fault of Joe, but his people were professional and worked to get the carpet done in time for us to move in on time.
As a first time homeowner and having to deal with unexpected renovations, I was thoroughly pleased with Floor Coverings International! Joe, the owner, truly cares about the quality of his work and making sure his customers are satisfied. We had laminate floors installed in our kitchen and there were some issues that we did not necessarily anticipate. I had some real ugly floors in my kitchen and my gym. The guys that did my floors were very professional and did an amazing job. They were on time and worked very hard on all the details. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to do your floors. Great company.
