Preston was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He met us at our home with samples of carpet to match what we were keeping. He found something at the right price. His crew was very respectful of our home, they left it clean and the carpet looks amazing!
We purchased replacement carpet for four of the rooms in our house. The installation was fast efficient and followed by a thorough cleanup. The installation crew moved the furniture out of their way, laid the carpet, then restored the furniture back the way it had been. The furniture handling we particularly liked since it involved a couple of file cabinets and a good size safe. If we have occasion to get more carpet we will be sure to use FCI-Clearlake .
FCI Clearlake did a phenomenal job in transforming our living space from the old carpet to a new beautiful vinyl floor. The team were very professional and carried us along from start to finish. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the quality of work, quality materials and 'worked with our budget. They adhere to the project time line. I will recommend FCI Clearlake for your project. Mr. Preston, thanks to you and your crew.
They are very professional, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. The job was done quickly and was just what I wanted. I’m extremely satisfied.
Got new carpet installed in my condo, as well as some water damage on the hardwood repaired. Service was fast, professional, and reasonable cost. Overall great experience.
