Great owner to start with, the 2 brothers did the install. GREAT fetail by installers and cleaned up before leaving..Would buy again
I had about 1700 sf of luxury vinyl flooring and about 500 sf of carpet installed after a home flood. Philip Dorminey, design consultant, did a great job meeting with me and the installers numerous times to make sure the job was done right. Everything was perfect. I also met Roberto, the owner, who also oversaw the progress. Although FCI does not do drywall, they found a very good team from another company to replace walls that had been damaged by mold. Roberto and his team were phenomenal. Very professional and dedicated team. Roberto walked me through every part of the process. Always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Roberto and his team completed 10 rooms and a large hallway in about 3-4 days. It would have been two days if I could have got his team in the buidling sooner. They did a great job. So glad I was able to connect with him for this project.
I love my new carpet. The color and feel is just what I wanted. The installation was seamless and the result is beautiful
