Kim and his team did an excellent job installing new carpet in our townhome. He was efficient and effective. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend! Will definitely use again.

We hired Kim and his team to rip up the carpet on our landings and stairs, and replace the top landing with a red oak wood floor. The final product is amazing and Kim is a wonderful human!!
I would highly recommend and we would absolutely use them again. After several bad experiences with other flooring companies, we chose FCI. They were always prompt to respond and provided a competitive price for full basement LVP flooring and carpet on the stairs - this also included leveling. They stayed on budget and on schedule. Everyone was respectful to the property and professional. They did a great installation and cleaned up afterwards. When we have flooring needs in the future, we will certainly use them again.
The new carpet looks amazing and has completely transformed our home. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and left the work area clean when they finished.
