We recently moved into the area and were referred to FCI by a neighbor. What a refreshing experience compared to a big box store. Tom came right to our home with flooring samples in hand to assist us with picking out just the right carpet and LVT flooring for our space. Leo, the installer, was personable, professional and reliable. Tom visiting our home after the install to inspect the work himself, ensuring the install was done properly. Their prices were even reasonable. We will not hesitate to use them again.
