I had contacted Karla, the owner of FLOOR COVERINGS INTERNATIONAL to install a carpet on my staircase and the adjoining landing. Her team did a very good job. After they had gone I noticed a gap between the last step and the ground floor. Karla and her team promptly came and corrected the problem. Karla and the team at FCI did an exceptional job. From the home consultation to the final walk through Karla was always professional and shared her expertise. I was on vacation during the install and entrusted my home to the FCI team, their constant updates on progress and issues during the install made me confident I selected the right flooring company.
