Amended: After our installation, Javier came to walk the project and noted a couple of issues. The flooring doesn't meet the island and there is a gap. Also the kickplate at the island is not installed correctly and continues to bow out, the flooring does not extend under the dishwasher. He sent his project manager out to schedule the team to return. The project manager came but no one has ever returned to complete the project. Excellent work from start to finish. The entire team was respectful of my time and my property, and FCI was incredibly flexible, even when I changed my mind about some of the details after the initial contract. A tip for anyone shopping for flooring: research the exact underlayment, adhesive, or pad you want and make sure it is specifically identified on the quote.
