We couldn’t have asked for a better flooring experience! Working with the owner Mark, along with his reps and install crew, was a surprisingly refreshing home-improvement project. After an unfortunate water intrusion event in our kitchen, Mark was able to pin-point the exact type of hardwood flooring we needed for the repair (after being told by other companies that the flooring was discontinued). Had a little problem with a seam. They came out took care of it and did a great job. Glad to work with them and would recommend them at a 10!!!!
Mark's expertise and customer service was absolutely the best. I showed up with no appointment and he dropped what he was doing to help. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to direct me to several options and some things I hadn't considered. He also ordered samples, followed up and stayed engaged. I will definitely use Floor Coverings International again.
