This company went above and beyond they showed up on time. They left Our showroom. immaculately clean everyday. They made one installation item That was in the contract I approved but I didn't likes look for the showroom so the product was exchanged without question, and with no additional cost, they are easy to work with and to deal with and a great value. I Willl use them again and again for installations for my customers.
Bill was nice, thoughtful and responsive - a pleasure to work with. He had suggestions and dropped off samples at our house to help us find the carpet we wanted, but was also able to source one we found separately for a better price. He was able to accommodate our schedule and his contractors were nice and efficient. When we had an issue he immediately responded with a solution. We are very satisfied with our carpet and our experience!
I am absolutely thrilled with the way my floors came out. Bill and Kelvin were great and easy to work with.
