Edit 7/8/26: issue with flooring coming apart at the seam been waiting since April for someone to come fix. 2024: Great service & communication from beginning to end. Love my new floors!!
My floors hadn’t been refinished in 15 years and the last finish that was applied was a tung oil polymer so Jim had quite a job to tackle. The before photo shows a faded area and if you zoom in, you can see how damaged the floor is. The after picture really shows the beauty of our southern pine wood floors. We just had FCI provide and install LVP into the entire first floor of the house we just purchased. From the sale to the installation, everyone we worked with was great and communicated well. All of the work was “done right” even when challenges presented themselves. Would definitely use FCI again!
I came across Jim at Nepa Flooring at the Home and Garden show in Mohegan Arena. He was organized and pleasant and we set up an appointment right then. His product is awesome! And the company had a nice selection of flooring. He was with me from beginning to end of the project. Highly recommend! We are so surprised at how great our refurbished hardwood floor looks. We bought an old house with carpet in the living room that was too old to keep.
