Amazing customer service!
Excellent job. Carpeting is beautiful. Quick, efficient work by the installers, although they didn't do well with putting furniture back in place and clean up could've been better. But all in all a satisfactory job.Sales rep was very polite, professional & accommodating. Worked out a manageable price to suit my budget.

Carpet itself looks great and the crew did a great job. However, be prepared for your baseboard to be beat up, dented, chipped, and require repainting. We had JUST had the baseboards painted the week prior to avoid paint on carpets after install, now we will have to patch the boards with filler and repaint in several areas. Also, the crew scratched our brand new doors door knob and deadbolt that was installed the week prior. We just moved in, so everything we have installed is new and without blemish.
