We have had two fantastic experiences with Floor Coverings International. Austin was great to work with and helped us come up with a plan to replace the carpet throughout our multi unit property in Grosse Pointe. Floor Coverings International is a great place to do business with. We needed to have new carpeting put in on our stairs and landing. They did an excellent job! From our first appointment with Austin to the installation, everything was on time and done top-notch. Their installer even asked whether we wanted to use a pad or go without (as we did previously) and we decided to go without the pad after he explained it to us. We had a great experience getting our stairs carpeted! From the initial consult and quote, we were shown lots of options, talked through multiple quotes and price points that could fit our budget and lifestyle, then through to the actual install, everything was smooth and professional! Very happy with the outcome, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for flooring.
FCI was great to work with. The previous owners of our home made some questionable decisions with the stair carpeting and FCI helped us figure out a cost-effective solution without having to look into additional carpentry work. The two installers, Sergio and Jesus, were professional and treated my home as if it was their own. They updated us on the progress throughout the day to ensure we were content with how it looked in each room. Would recommend using FCI for your carpet needs.
Great company to work with. Ken is the best contractor I have ever worked with. Highly recommend, and I’m pretty critical, perfectionist to some. Do not hesitate hiring this company!!!!
