I just had my entire downstairs done and loved it so much that I had more done upstairs. Gene was great to work with. He came out and showed me lots of choices, pricing was very clear, the installation went very smoothly. The installation team cleaned up every night and were even very sensitive to the fact that one of my sons has autism. Randy Young and his staff excelled from planning to installation of the flooring. The salesman spent 2 hours with us showing us samples of wood and carpet, answering questions, and finally giving an estimate on the spot. The installation was done in a timely manner by a highly qualified crew. There was followup after the job to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We love our new floors!

They kept in touch though out the process. Stayed on task and got the job completed. The floor looks fantastic. They moved all the furniture out of the two bedrooms that where the floors were done and back in afterwards. The floors were too light at first. We discussed this with them and it was corrected no problem. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them.
They did a great job. The installers were polite and efficient. They made sure that I was satisfied. The rooms look brand new with the new floors. It was such an amazing difference. They also fixed a couple spots in the hallway. Excellent customer service.
From start to finish, everything went without a hitch. I would hire them again!
