Great Communication and Great Follow -Thru. The tile I needed to fix an issue in my new house was discontinued, however, they searched until they found some. Both Sean and Christina were on top of every detail and when there was a concern, Sean was there within 30 minutes to help troubleshoot, come up with a plan and then he stayed to oversee and help with execution.
