If this is Mark Whatley's business, I'd look elsewhere. When he represented another flooring company in Denton, I trusted his recommendation for a contractor and $10,000 later I ran him off my property. The contractor I did hire to fix that mess was a true craftsman and is here in Denton. I think Mark tried to get things straight but it all seemed shady. Communicated with Amie ( Horrible person to represent that company) over the phone and was told she would call back with a quote. Waited a week and a half and nothing. Then received a text message saying their tile crew would no longer take on new jobs. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Why weren't we told sooner, if in fact that is the true reason. So run away as fast as u can from this company, especially Amie!

Our experience with Floor Coverings International was nothing short of AMAZING! The assistant, Aimee was extremely nice when scheduling a time for someone to come out to give us a quote for our floors. She made suggestions and was genuinely concerned over what happened to our home while out of town. Shannon, the owner, came out to give us a quote. Floor Coverings International installed over 2k square feet of laminate flooring for me. It only took them a little over 2 days. They made it so easy. They moved all the furniture around. They removed all the old carpet and took it away. They cleaned up really well after each day’s work. Now my floors look great! Their crew was totally professional and courteous. Floors look fantastic. Installers were quick and super respectful of our space. Shannon helped a ton with our insurance claim. All in all a great experience.
