Be extremely careful dealing with this local branch. After signing a flooring contract, I decided to cancel before any installation had been scheduled and before any materials had been ordered. Instead of handling the situation honestly and professionally, the sales representative immediately began making blatantly misleading claims in an attempt to keep my deposit.
