We had a consultation recently that went beautifully! Amanda came to our home and was very prompt. She communicated well when she was close to arriving. Once here she walked us through the whole process, asking all the right questions to see what kind of ideas we had. She brought back in some samples and it was very easy to pick out which one we would love to go with. She was easy to talk to and was very helpful for us!

Floor Coverings International Cincinnati North redid our main level floors this past June. We removed the carpet that covered half of the floor, replaced it with red oak to match the other half, which was sanded down. Lastly, we stained it all the a new color. They did a great job through the whole process, and Nadia was very helpful and accommodating. The floors look great and seem to be holding up!

FCI Cincy North promises quality flooring work and effective project management, however, in our experience with them, they fell short on both. One of the most glaring problems we encountered with FCI was their poor communication. Throughout the project, both the project manager, Nadia, and the owner, Jose, were dismissive and, at times, outright rude. Just completed a kitchen floor update using this company. I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. All associates that I came into contact with were reliable, honest and acted with integrity. I will be using this company again for future flooring needs!

Look no further! I went to Floor Coverings International to replace a 3rd floor multi-room wall to wall rug - and ended up with gorgeous stained wood floors! Jose goes beyond the job request and carefully evaluates the house and customer needs before making a recommendation. He is a great communicator and has a fantastic design eye. We are in love with the floors! His team is thoughtful, careful and timely. I will 100% use their services again!
