Scott came to our home with a variety of carpet samples and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different carpet grades and padding options. Had a new kitchen floor installed it turned out perfect! Prices were the best in STL! The crew is great and we’re neat and organized. Happy to have them back in the future for another room. Thanks Agian
The owner was very responsive from beginning to end. The carpet was ready to install within 2-3 weeks of our placing the order. The crew worked hard from the minute they arrived until the minute they left. The installer that communicated with us listened carefully to our concerns and took the time and effort to install better tack strips and to properly set up one stair for follow-up installation of the newel post. Overall, we were very happy with our dealings with this company.
I was very impressed with Floor Coverings International. Scott is very easy to work with and super friendly. Scott’s installation crew is amazing. They installed our basement flooring in about 5 hours and it is quality work. I’ve already recommended them to several people!
Scott was great to work with! Met every expectation.
