I am extremely pleased that I decided to purchase my new flooring through Floor Coverings International. Although I wanted new flooring throughout my apartment, choosing what kind of floor I wanted proved to be much more of a difficult decision than i had anticipated. I recently called FCI because I was left in a mess by another floor company that did not return to finish my floor repairs. Since I was burned by the first company I was highly skeptical of asking another company to come in and fix what I was left with. I called FCI and explained my situation and I got a quick response and Chris and Andrew were at my house the next morning.
