At first I had a great conversation with the guy at this place. I explained my situation he said he would call me back and get his guys out to look at my issue in my bathroom floor. Never did he ever call me back this was 3 weeks ago after several messages that was left. IMO I would steer clear of this company that says open and they are never open. If you get this guy on his number dont believe him. Go to Shoreline tile and deal with a reputable company. The folks there will always call you back and whatever your situation ... read more
Jim and his team at Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job installing brand new hardwood floors in three bedrooms, and also refinishing our existing hardwood floors. I highly recommend them!
Whole experience with Floor Coverings International was positive. A couple of little hiccups getting in contact with Jim Porch, very professional installation, and all ended well.
Nice owners who were good to work with. Installation crew was fantastic.
