Chris is amazing! I called him on a Monday night and not only did he return my call 1st thing in the morning, he was at my house with samples that afternoon. He was patient and explained the various options and colors. He let us walk on different padding options to find just the right one. We ordered the carpet right there and it was delivered and installed in now time. It was fast! Like a week later. If you need new carpet, Chris is the best!
