Came recommended by family saying they did great work. Everything was going smoothly until installation day when the installers showed up at my house with the complete wrong carpet. Called them because their google reviews were excellent. My first impression is that they were people talking to people. Not a mindless corporation talking to a customer. This alone is enough to earn my business for life. But…..I had a unique situation and the got better! A family rabbit pried off the floor vent and crawled into the air duct. We sought out businesses that installed hardwood flooring for several weeks. Some scheduled and didn' t show up and a couple were so high, they would be described as ridiculous. Matt and his wife Karen, were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, knowledgeable, and offered great service. Their installers were great!! Mike and Al cleaned as they worked, were courteous, friendly, and did a beautiful job! International Flooring offered a very good price and excellent service. I would recommend them to everyone!
