We cannot recommend Floor Coverings International if you want a company that corrects installation issues beyond using a floor marker to mask installer-caused scrapes. Be prepared to advocate & fight for what you were promised before settling for a poorly done project. After installation, we pointed out several concerns, including scratches & divots (expected in construction, & sales assured us they’d take care of any issues). Jay, my salesman, was absolutely wonderful! He was informative and knowledgeable. Absolutely no pressure. He checked back in with me to see if I had any questions. He also checked back in during the installation to make sure everything was done right. The carpet installers were also very attentive making sure that I had the right carpet and padding. The did a great job installing my carpet and hiding it he seams. I couldn’t have been more pleased!
Installers were very courteous and did a wonderful job. Carpet looks great and we were really happy with the whole process.
