Helpful with choosing carpet. Nice to have samples brought to house. Did a great job installing. Were considerate of our request to finish one area first, as we had other workers coming.
Donna did an exemplary job of reviewing LVT options for my kitchen and family room with me. She knew the products and installation requirements well, which gave me total confidence in selecting FCI from the three flooring vendors I researched. The installation team of Luis, Hector and Jose were professional, meticulous, efficient, and careful. I would highly recommend FCI to my family and friends.
