Amanda and her partner were fabulous, very professional and courteous! They answered ALL our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote. We are waiting on one more quote before we make our decision, but we are leaning towards using Floor Coverings International.
From our initial phone call to the final walk-through, everyone at Floor Coverings Intl. was outstanding. The team showed up with beautiful samples and got right to work measuring for our new floor. The price quoted was so good and way below what we expected! Cody showed up on Monday and got right to work removing the old carpet and hauling it off. Thursday afternoon he was done with everything...floors, base trim, clean-up! We are over the moon with our new flooring, and have Floor Coverings Intl. to thank! They're THE BEST... read more
Amanda was wonderful. She gave us plenty of time to pick out what we wanted and answered every question we had in a timely manner. Our installer did an excellent job!
From beginning to end ,I was so impressed with how easy Krista made things . I knew exactly what was happening step by step . As for the install .. Robert is a Rockstar ! Making sure everything was just perfect and not cutting corners to rush the job . I'd recommend using FCI 110% . As a matter of fact , I have told friends who need flooring to come see my floors and they were blown away ! Thanks FCI for a job well done !
