We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International in San Diego. We recently had our stair runner replaced with a high-pile European-style banded carpet, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. After contacting several flooring companies in the area, they were the only one that was able to professionally band the carpet to achieve the look we wanted. The sales rep is terrific. His name is David. The wood product is terrific. The installation is good, but it does require some follow up for some reason where you need to have them come back and fix a few things
FCI did a superb job of replacing about 2,500 square feet of ceramic and carpet flooring in our home.
