We are completely satisfied with our decision to use FCI. From quote walk-thru to the 3rd day of installation, it couldn't have gone better. If you're lucky you hear the installers singing while they work!
Carpet was very nice- it is very soft and thick- the men that laid the carpet worked fast and hard. The man that came to our house to evaluate what was needed did a great job showing us the various styles and thickness of carpets.
I recently had carpet installed by this company and could not be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they made everything simple and stress-free. The installers did an outstanding job. The finished product looks amazing. If you're looking for a company that provides quality work, great customer service, and a seamless installation experience, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again in the future!
I had a fantastic experience with the team from Floor Coverings International! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. My main concern going into the project was my dogs getting out of the gate, but the workers were incredibly thoughtful and diligent about keeping an eye on it throughout the entire process.
