I had several remodel projects that I was working on so timing the install on our carpet was a moving target. The bid came in around where I expected. Chris Hansen was excellent in communicating and matching to our existing carpet. The install was professionally installed by the master himself, David Murphy. Absolutely love my carpet. Phillip, the sales associate, did a wonderful job guiding us through the carpet selection process and the installation was done in about 6 hours and looks amazing.
Floor Coverings International provided updated flooring for my mom’s condo. Phillip and the team went above and beyond to meet our tight timeframe and Phillip was super responsive and made me feel like I was his most important customer!!! The installation team completed the project faster than promised and they came back right away to make changes that were not on the original job order. I will definitely refer anyone that I know is in the market for flooring to Floor Coverings International!!!
Andrea and her team at FCI were a pleasure to work with. Pricing was very competitive, and both communication and service were excellent throughout. We are very happy with the end result and would happily work with them again!
