Dealing with Floor Coverings International has been aggravating from the beginning until the end. I have had them lie about appointment times, lie about flooring and materials being in when they weren't, and completely disregard that I may have things to do or other things to worry about beside waiting around for them. Fast service. Had questions about color once placed after day 1, sales associate came out next day to make sure it was what we wanted. Installer had delay due to weather and was called right away to let us know. Sales associate came back after installation was complete to make sure we are 100% happy.
Matt was incredibly professional, the price was competitive, and the materials were high quality. Matt and team were also able to hit a very aggressive install schedule that helped keep our project on track.
