We had a great experience the first time. Everything went smoothly. Its been a year and a half now Nd we have gaps in the floor and would like to get another room done. We can't get Shannon to call us back or show up for appointments that we have made. 3 now. Beyond frustrated.
Shannon was very helpful and patient with our decision-making process. He made sure we stayed in budget and chose the right products for our home life. The work was done as promised: efficiently, with high quality, and on time!
We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International. Shannon gave us some great opens to update our kitchen and bedroom flooring and also helped us with the design. The installation was quick and they did amazing work. Highly recommend!
