Outstanding customer service from sales and scheduling with Rich to the installers who are professional, pleasant, do the job right kinda guys!! Highly recommend Floor Concepts. They installed luan, leveled my uneven areas and installed LVP in my entire house. It looks great!

Great customer service!! I explained that I needed carpet for my tractor trailer cab and they went in the back and got me some carpet that I could cut to size and make my truck as luxurious as I dreamed. Thanks again for the amazing service and understanding.
