I recently had my home wall to wall carpeted. The entire process was made so easy by the staff at floor concepts. Selection of the carpet and padding was fast and efficient. On installation day, the installers were on time. The installation took most of the day, and yet, they were very thoughtful and professional. A great process. I am totally satisfied with the service and the price. I recommend this company.
Floor concepts did an excellent job. Guys arrived at 8 am and we're finished at 2pm installing our vinyl plank flooring. Flooring looks beautiful and the guys cleaned up all the mess from the wall to walk carpeting.. We would highly recommend them.We're so glad we chose them!
Very disappointing. Was scheduled for floor refinishing 10-12 of July 2025. Literally an 11th message they can’t start now until 14th because of equipment problems. Balogny….its only wed and their are tons of rental places all over the state. We purposely are out of town until Sunday 13th had to come home for Dr appts. I said ok I want a break of &1000 to stay in a hotel for 3 days. They refused saying most of the cost is labor. A few years ago we converted our garage into a family room with wall to wall carpeting. Seemed like the right choice at the time. This month we decided to go with vinyl flooring from Flooring Concepts. We chose a beautiful, rich wood plank flooring. The team showed up this past Saturday, torn out the carpeting from the family room and adjacent bedroom put down the new flooring and even did a stellar job of wrapping a cement step in the flooring material.
