Garett Koch, owner of Floor Centers of Texas, was super helpful in getting wood to match what I already have on my floors to replace carpet on my stairs. He came personally to measure. His install crew did a great job. I was delighted when Garett came by to check on the job and then called me afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the final product. In business 23 years--highly recommend Floor Centers.

Absolutely first class experience all the way!! I would highly recommend based on the quality, transparency, and all around a white glove service. The installation team is extremely professional and respectful. 10/10 recommendation!!

Floor Centers of Texas deserves a 10/10! Garett and his team gave us truly personalized service you won’t find at the big stores. They listened to our needs, worked around our tight move-in schedule, and delivered beautiful floors. Everything was incredibly neat, clean, and professionally done. In the summer of 2024, we decided to replace all the floors in our house along with updating the kitchen and bathrooms. Our initial attempts to find qualified contractors did not go well.
